You will have the adventure of a lifetime with our expert guides! Ernie Romanow and Carol Ann Wood met while hiking and later married in the mountains. They will share with you their love for the wilderness. Together they have nearly 50 years of hiking and backpacking experience, and the stories to prove it!

Ernie is a certified Hiking Guide and has traveled extensively in the backcountry of most of Western Canada's mountain ranges.

An accomplished naturalist, Carol Ann has extensive wildlife experience, through the Calgary Zoo and a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. She is a certified Professional Interpreter of natural and human history with the Mountain Parks Heritage Interpretation Association.
